ASSISTANT IRRIGATION ENGINEER (GRADE K/M8)
Post: Assistant Irrigation Engineer (Grade K)
Grade: K/M8
Reporting to: Senior Irrigation Engineer Officer (Grade H)
Location: Mwanza District Council
DUTIES:
- Liaise irrigation activities with other stakeholders to promote food security
- Conduct engineering surveys and collect data
- Conduct agriculture surveys and collect data
- Prepare annual work plans
- Coordinate extension. agronomy and engineering technical services, affairs and responsibilities of the scheme management committees
QUALIFICATION:
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Irrigation Engineering /Technology.
