Post: Assistant Internal Auditor (Grade K)

Salary: Within the Grade K salary scale segment
Location: Treasury

Qualifications:

Applicants should be in possession of a Diploma in any of the following fields:

Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resource and Information Technology, obtained from recognized institutions.

Duties

(a) Assisting in development of internal audit engagement plans and programs;

(b) Collecting and analyze data for internal audit engagements according to audit programs;

(c) Filing and maintaining audit working papers;

(d) Maintaining audit register;

(e) Maintaining a database for quality assurance assessment results; and,

(f) Performing any other work-related duties.

Note: Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement shall be required during interviews. Serving officers will also be required to demonstrate during the interviews that they are permanent and pensionable officers in the Civil Service by producing letters of confirmation in appointment in addition to letters of condition of appointment on probation (PSR 19).
