LOLC Finance Limited is a non-deposit taking Micro Finance company incorporated under the Companies Act (2013) and Micro Finance Act (2010). The company offers loans to employees of Government, Private sector, and other small medium businesses.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant Finance Officer located in Lilongwe. S/He will among others be responsible for:

• Maintaining records of all the internal funds transfers and uploading them to the bank,

• Uploading Loan disbursements into the bank .

• Reconciliation and reimbursement of petty cash for branches.

• Handling customers’ refund payments .

• Reconciliation of WHT payable account and disbursement bank account.

• Updating cash book and uploading branch petty into Oracle.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in the microfinance industry is an advantage but not a must
