Role Description
This is a contract role for an Apprentice Mechanic located on-site in Lilongwe. The Apprentice Mechanic will be responsible for maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair, working with heavy equipment, and troubleshooting machinery on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Maintenance & Repair, and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in preventive maintenance and working with heavy equipment
- Hands-on mechanical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in automotive or mechanical fields preferred
