Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at our office in Old Wenela Area 4, Lilongwe. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team in delivering outstanding design projects.
Location: Old Wenela Area 4, Lilongwe.
Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and manage front desk operations.
2. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to support the office.
3. Document Management: Organize and maintain files and documents.
4. Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
5. Clerical Tasks: Handle routine clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
6. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
7. Travel Arrangements: Manage travel bookings and arrangements for staff.
8. Support to Staff: Assist team members with various tasks as needed.
Skills:
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
