Administrative Assistant
Location: Blantyre, Malawi

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and stakeholders, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with precision and discretion.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, and office logistics.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Uphold the company’s brand image through polished communication and presentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- A polished, articulate, and proactive individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in a front-facing role (corporate, hospitality, or high-end client services is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent written/verbal communication.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
