OVERVIEW

Applications are invited from suitably qualified, well experienced and mature persons to fill the following available positions at Kamuzu Academy in Mtunthama, Kasungu.

Accounts Supervisor

Main Responsibilities shall include:

  • Supervise the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, ACCA Skills level
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Diploma in accounting and 10+ years’ experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience in supervising and leading a team
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
