Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Accounts Clerk at TecnoZone IT Solutions in Lilongwe. The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of daily accounting tasks, such as petty cash management, monitoring and reconciling credit control accounts, and communication with clients and vendors. Other duties may include assisting with financial reporting and data entry tasks as assigned by the Finance department.

Qualifications

• Credit Control and Accounting skills
• Petty Cash management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in a finance or accounting role
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience using accounting software such as Sage Evolution
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field would be an asset
