St Gabriel’s Hospital
St Gabriel’s Hospital is a Mission Hospital under the Archdiocese of Lilongwe and is a member
of Christian health association of Malawi (CHAM). The hospital is located 50Kms west of Lilongwe capital city and is accessible by a tarmac road.
St Gabriel’s Hospital therefore invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the
following positions that exist in the accounts section.
Accounts Assistant – Grade M (2 positions)
The Accounts Assistant is an integral member of accounts section. The Accounts Assistant will
report directly to the Assistant Accountant.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing payment vouchers
- Maintaining up to date and orderly filing system
- Preparing invoices
- Follow up of all unpaid bills
- Actively participate in the quarterly and end of the year stock count.
- Posting of transactions in the system.
Qualification.
- A minimum of a certificate in Financial Accounting with 1 year work experience.
- Malawi School certificate of education. (MSCE)
