Overview

Albarakah Charity Trust is looking for suitable personnel to fill the vacant post of Assistant Accountant for Assalam Clinic in Mangochi.

The incumbent will be reporting to the Medical Director.

Job Specification

  • Preparation of financial reports
  • Managing daily transactions.
  • Preparation of sales reports.
  • Cash book and Bank reconciliation.
  • Preparing budgets.
  • Maintaining petty cash.
  • Conducting physical stock taking
  • Preparation of financial documents such as invoices, bills and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintenance of fixed assets registry.
  • Maintaining the pay roll.
  • Handling general office maintenance and office stationery.
  • Issue payment vouchers and cheque.
  • Filing and administrative work.
  • Other duties assigned from time to time.

Person

  • Holder of Diploma in Accounting.
  • Must be hardworking, trustworthy and able to work within minimum supervision.
  • Prepared to work odd hours.
