Role Description
This is a contract role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks, such as managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is an on-site role located in Blantyre.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
- Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is a plus
