JOB TITLE: SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to General Manager

He / She requires to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies of the organization.

  • Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Leading sales and marketing team.
  • Overseeing day to day sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market and to stay up to date on current market trends.
  • Analyzing budget, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures and ensuring the sales team meet their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer requirements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Recruiting, training, coaching and managing marketing and sales teams to meet the sales and marketing human resource and objective.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Developing revenue strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Advising management and providing recommendations and feedback on corporate strategy.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
