WeAfrica Technologies is looking for a Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be friendly, well-organized, and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Schedule appointments and manage office correspondence.

Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.

Provide general support to clients and staff.
Requirements & Qualifications:

MSCE certificate (a relevant certificate in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, or Customer Service is an added advantage).

Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
