Position: Utilities Manager

Location: Blantyre, Malawi
Purpose of the Job
The successful candidate will coordinate the operations and maintenance of utility installations to ensure efficient supply of cooling, steam, electricity, compressed air, carbon dioxide, and water to the production tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the utilities team in process flow management by conducting checks on key parameters.
- Manage performance targets to maintain high global operating efficiency.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are effectively implemented.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to evaluate equipment performance and propose solutions.
- Prepare technical reports assessing utility performance and identifying challenges.
- Champion safety standards and procedures.
- Develop and submit annual operations, maintenance, and capital investment plans.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an NCHE-recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in FMCG or a busy production environment.
