Job Overview:
Cooling Systems is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Executive to oversee and optimize our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and experience in operations management within the cooling or HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance.
- Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Supervise and support team members, ensuring optimal performance and training where necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, delegating tasks to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize supply chain and inventory management to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Develop reports on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Handle escalations, resolve operational challenges, and implement corrective measures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the cooling/HVAC industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in team management, employee development, and performance assessment.
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety protocols, and best practices.
