Job Opportunity: Farm Manager – Mango Plantation (Salima, Chipoka)

We are looking for a Farm Manager to oversee a mango plantation in Chipoka, Salima. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of farm management experience and a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily farm activities, including planting, irrigation, and maintenance.
Manage farm workers and ensure productivity.
Implement best practices in mango production and pest control.
Oversee irrigation and ensure proper water management.
Keep farm records and report progress to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in farm management or a related field.
MSCE qualification is required.
Knowledge of mango cultivation, pest control, and irrigation.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a rural setting and manage workers effectively.
