SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
Dominion International High School, a subsidiary of Great Dominion Holdings Limited (GDHL), offering both MANEB and CAMBRIDGE curricula, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of School Principal.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lectures for student teachers as per schedule.
- Manage Cambridge Primary and Secondary Programmes.
- Evaluate and assess learners.
- Develop and oversee projects, planning, and supervision.
- Monitor and check records of work.
- Control and assess teaching methodologies.
- Enforce quality education standards and procedures.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Board.
- Oversee curriculum revision and development.
- Handle budgeting, financial management, and HR planning.
- Conduct staff training, development, and evaluation.
- Supervise all staff and maintain records of work policies.
Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:
- Must be a Christian with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and pay attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management, and external partners.
