Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Gather customer feedback, market insights and maintain customer database to improve products and service delivery.
- Identify, engage and teach potential customers how to use Supamoto stoves
- Promote SupaMoto stoves and fuel by engaging potential customers through direct sales, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and manage stock levels at Lead generators, ensuring availability of products at all times.
- Work closely with the Sales and After Sales teams to achieve sales targets, stove servicing and stove repairs
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business management or related fields.
- Proven 1 year experience in a similar role
- Excellent marketing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office systems.
