Speed Courier is a leading courier service provider in Malawi, seeking an experienced and skilled HR and Claims Officer to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Claims Officer to manage our human resources and claims processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR data
- Investigate and resolve claims related to package damage or loss
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding claims
- Maintain accurate records of claims and resolutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and claims management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Malawi
