Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admissions Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students, and contributing to the university’s growth and reputation. This role requires flexibility, including working odd hours and traveling across the country to recruit students.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, from application review to enrollment.

– Provide accurate and timely information to prospective students regarding programs, admission requirements, and deadlines.

– Evaluate applications and ensure compliance with university admission criteria.

– Collaborate with academic departments and other stakeholders to streamline admissions procedures.

– Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as open days, school visits, and education fairs.

– Travel extensively across the country to represent the university at recruitment events and engage with prospective students.

– Maintain accurate records and generate reports on admissions statistics and trends.

– Address inquiries from applicants, parents, and other stakeholders via email, phone, or in-person.

– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in admissions and higher education.

– Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the role.

Requirements:

– A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline).

– Previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a related role is essential.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and admissions management systems.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

– Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
