Assistant Technical Services Officer at MFI Hub Company Ltd

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The personnel shall be participate in envisioning new innovations that brings about new services as well as improve existing services. The individual will compliment technical support services in the pursuit of the overall organization strategies to ensure timely service delivery, customer satisfaction and growth.
They shall thus ensure highest quality of support services both prior to and after automation of institutions.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Liaising with business development team to identify market demands and un met needs.
2. Developing and implementing software solutions that meet user needs.
3. Performing system integrations in liaison with other system vendors and partners
4. Implementing Core Banking systems, mobile banking systems and other digital financial service delivery platforms in various financial institutions
5. Provide continuous support and on the job training to MFI Hub clients
QUALIFICATIONS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPRIENCE
– Degree in Information Technology / related from a recognized institution
– Unquestionable competencies in software development using more up to date programming languages
– Diploma or reasonable knowledge of accounting and finance.
– Ability to solve complex problems to achieve the correct outcomes.
– Ability to develop mobile apps and websites.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to clearly present complex situations
– Relationship management skills and ability to lead and work with teams.
