Finance and Administration Assistant
Are you passionate about making a difference? Ulalo is looking for a Finance and Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team in Mzuzu. In this role, you will support finance and administrative operations to ensure efficient resource management and compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage financial transactions using QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payments with proper documentation.
  • Support audits, budgeting, and procurement processes.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and asset management.
Essential Requirements
  • Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in an NGO.
  • Proficiency in Excel; QuickBooks experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to work and attention to detail.
