Health Partners Initiatives

Health Partners Initiatives (HPI) is a nonprofit organization based in Lilongwe, Malawi, dedicated to transforming lives through innovative health interventions and spiritual growth. Since its inception, HPI has collaborated with the Ministry of Health, local and international organizations, and communities to address pressing health challenges. Our focus areas include reproductive health, infectious and non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health, emergency response, public health threats, and community health development. We integrate health and spirituality in our programs to deliver holistic and sustainable solutions.
We are currently seeking Research Assistants to join our dynamic team and contribute to impactful research initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in designing, planning, and implementing research studies.
2. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
3 Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and records.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders and communities for field data collection.
5. Support the preparation of research reports, proposals, and publications.
6. Ensure compliance with ethical research standards and protocols.
7. Contribute to program monitoring and evaluation efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or related fields.
2. Strong analytical and research skills.
3. Experience with data collection tools (e.g., SPSS, KoboToolbox) is an added advantage.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6. Passionate about making a positive impact in communities.
