Digital Marketer at Sparc Systems Ltd

Reports to: Business Development Manager

 Location: Lilongwe, Malawi

The Role:

We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketer to take the lead on crafting and executing impactful digital campaigns. With a strong emphasis on graphic design and the ability to either delegate to exceptional content writers or produce top-tier messaging yourself.

Duties include:

• Design and execute our digital marketing strategies for a variety of business needs.
• Lead the creation of email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
• Management of campaigns using Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, Apple Search ads (plus others), covering monitoring, optimisations and testing, and reporting against objectives.
• Develop visually compelling and engaging written content for websites, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Ensure cohesive branding and messaging that cuts through market noise.
• Monitor campaign performance and adapt strategies based on analytical insights.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
• Working with multiple teams including Data, Product Managers, Design team, CRM and Social.
• Collaborate closely with the brand and creative teams to guarantee that all content and creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and convey the most impactful messaging.
• Budget management and allocation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on graphic design and campaign execution.
• Exceptional graphic design skills are essential; proficiency in creating engaging copy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and other digital marketing tools.
• A proactive and flexible mindset, capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ Years’ experience in Digital Marketing
• Minimum 2 years’ Experience with Campaigns
• Budgeting Experience
• Advanced diploma or equivalent in Marketing
