Promotion of SME products and services
Awareness and Education
Assessment of potential borrowers Loan collection and monitoring
Performance observation and reporting
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in credit assessment, lending, or financial analysis, preferably in SME Financing.
Strong understanding of SME Market dynamics , financial statements, and credit risk assessment.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and loan management software
Excellent communication,interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
