Head of Segments & Customer Value Management

As the Head of Segments & Customer Value Management, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and with a dotted line to the Group Head of Products, you will lead the design and execution of customer segmentation strategies. Your goal will be to optimize value propositions for various customer segments, driving growth, acquisition, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies.
• Drive growth through customer value management (CVM) strategies and initiatives.
• Improve customer experience through journey mapping and pain point analysis.
• Lead loyalty, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver tailored products and services for different segments.
• Analyze market trends and competitor insights to capitalize on segment opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years in retail banking, customer value management, or related roles.
• Proven track record in segmentation, product development, or CVM strategies.
• Experience with digital banking, CRM systems, and data analytics tools
