We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Support Services Manager Assistant to join our team and support our growth efforts.

 

Position Overview:

The Support Services Manager Assistant will play a crucial role in providing support to the Support Services Manager in daily operations and marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires a blend of administrative capabilities and marketing acumen to enhance our service delivery and expand our client base.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Assist the Support Services Manager with day-to-day tasks and project management.
    • Handle scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
    • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  2. Customer Support:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to our telematics services.
  3. Marketing Support:
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
    • Create and manage content for social media, website, and email newsletters.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and promotional content.
  4. Client Acquisition:
    • Support the development and implementation of strategies to attract and secure new clients.
    • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
    • Maintain a database of potential and current clients and track outreach activities.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Compile and analyze data to support marketing and operational strategies.
    • Prepare reports on customer feedback, service performance, and market trends.
  6. Event Coordination:
    • Assist in planning and organizing company events, webinars, and trade shows.
    • Coordinate logistics and promotional activities for these events.
  7. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align strategies and achieve company goals.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and partners as necessary.
  8. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery and marketing effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telematics or fleet management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
