Job title: Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist)
Location: Health-Haven Pharmacies, Off Malangalanga Turn, Bwaila, Area 1, Lilongwe.
Health-Haven Pharmacies is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. We are a reputable pharmacy committed to providing top-notch pharmaceutical care and services to our clients.
Qualification, Registration and Experience;
- A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Must be licensed by the Pharmacy and Medicines Regulatory Authority (PMRA) in Malawi.
- At least 1 year of practice in a retail pharmacy will be added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities;
- Managing day to day activities of the pharmacy
- Provide medicine use consultancy
- Provide monthly report of the pharmacy operations; medicines received, dispensed, clients acquired, pharmacy performance and proposed innovative strategies
- Ensure completion of all pharmacy related paperwork
- Ensure pharmacy opens and closes according to hours of operation and needs
- Ensure all required drugs are available at all times
- Ensure the pharmacy is tidy all the time.
- Handle all tendering processes such as sending quotations, LPOs, tender bid documents, prequalification and Proforma invoices for the pharmacy
- Supervise junior staff.
- Any other related duties as assigned from time to time.
