Qualifications

Applicants Should be in possession of Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, obtained from a recognized institutions.

Duties

  1. Developing ideas keeping in mind needs, building usage and environmental impact;
  2. Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovation and functional designs in line with architectural plans;
  3. Producing detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections;
  4. Ensuring that all works are carried out in specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations;
  5. Making on site visits to check on projects status and reports on project;
  6. Advising on contractual claims and disputes;
  7. Analyzing outcomes and details progress reports;

Qualifications

Applicants Should be in possession of Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, obtained from a recognized institutions.

Duties

  1. Preparing reports, designs and drawings;
  2. Designing construction projects by studying project concepts, architectural drawings and models;
  3. Confirming adherence to construction specification and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construct sites and verification of calculations and placement;
  4. Providing technical advice to the site clerks;
  5. Making sure that building regulations and standards approved are properly followed;
  6. Liaising with relevant professionals or team such as architects, engineering etc.;
  7. Maintain operations by enforcing projects and operational policies and procedures;

Qualifications

Applicants should be in possession of Bachelor of Science degree in any of the following fields: Geographical Information System, Land Management (Land Surveying), Earth Science and Geography obtained from accredited institutions.

Duties

  1. Providing technical support and training to staff ad stakeholders on GIS and remote sensing tools, techniques, and applications;
  2. Planning and managing GIS and remote sensing projects, including timeline, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion;
  3. Analyzing and interpreting remote sensing data including drone images to extract relevant information GIS;
  4. Performing spatial analysis and modeling using GIS software to support decision- making processes and project planning;
  5. Collecting, analyzing and managing geospatial data from various sources, including satellite imagery, aerial photography and field surveys.
  6. Developing and maintaining geospatial databases ensuring data accuracy, integrity and accessibility;
  7. Preparing detailed reports, documentation and metadata for geospatial data and analyses, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  4. Resolving customer complaints.
  5. Ensuring compliance with Land Regulations.

Qualifications:

Applicants Should be in possession of a Diploma in Structural Engineering, obtained from recognized institutions.

Duties

  1. Inspecting construction sites regularly to ensure that work is being performed according to the plans and within safety guidelines;
  2. Assigning workers to their tasks and supervising then throughout the construction process;
  3. Preparing construction drawings and plans according to building codes;
  4. Inspecting building materials for potential hazards such as termites or molds;
  5. Recording costs related to labour, equipment, materials and other expenses for each phase of construction;
  6. Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other team members involved in a construction project;
  7. Performing site measurements to ensure that construction conforms to architecture and durability;
  8. Preparing reports on progress made on construction projects;
