The Operations Assistant will support the firm’s practice by providing support throughout the client’s enforcement program. This includes drafting letters and client status updates, analysing marketplace data, making necessary database updates, and creating requests for other Operations teams. This position will assist associate attorneys with their tasks related to enforcement on behalf of brand clients. The Operations Assistant will monitor, track, and support tactics under supervision against unauthorized re-sellers of products bearing the client’s trademarked brands.
Essential Functions:
Prepare client update emails, including detailed enforcement histories and recommended next steps on regular cadences.
Monitor listings of unauthorized sellers to determine their compliance with cease-and-desist letters.
Create batch requests for enforcement centre and internet investigation requests and manage non-batch letter requests
Assist with data analysis to prioritize unauthorized sellers for enforcement and assist with preparation of cease-and-desist letters to unauthorized sellers.
Monitor client-specific email inboxes for responses.
Prepare reports and compilations regarding enforcement activities for client-reporting purposes for attorney review.
Analyse tracking software dashboards and reports for preparation of client specific KPI reports.
Maintain client tracker with status of enforcement tactics.
Update the database with information on actions taken against unauthorized sellers
Analyse marketplace reviews of client products for draft complaint template

Education & Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience,
1 – 3 years of experience in a similar field.
