JOB TITLE: LODGE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to General Managing Director

  • Ensuring guest safety is always a priority with excellent end to end customer care.
  • Delivering a professional front of house service and quickly solving issues.
  • Developing program of cultural, social and environmental activities for guests.
  • Providing on the job training and mentoring of the staff to continually raise services levels.
  • Completing regular stock-takes, inventory checks and general maintenance checks.
  • Managing petty cash transactions, reconciliations and documentations.
  • Ensuring that staff know their daily duties and effectively meet all objectives.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • College degree in hospitality management or a related field
  • Experience in management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift, bend, twist, stand and walk for long periods of time
