HNI Suite Leader

Reporting to the Head of Private & Executive Banking – the successful candidate’s responsibility will be to be the main point of contact to High-Net-worth individuals within the Private Banking Segment while providing a responsive and pro-active financial and business solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following, among other responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique financial goals to offer tailored solutions.
  • Build strong, one-on-one client relationships through an annual customer calling plan and deliver world-class service.
  • Contribute to monthly planning and formulate action plans for client retention and portfolio growth.
  • Ensure compliance with new customer onboarding checks, KYC/AML updates, and monitor high-risk accounts.
  • Promote cross-selling, ensuring every account has at least 5 Value Added Services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to better serve clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Enforce SLAs, ensuring all activities are conducted within agreed timelines and parameters.
  • Actively prospect and network to generate new business, leveraging internal and external referrals.
  • Monitor client portfolios and recommend changes to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Communicates the Private and Executive Banking value propositions and all changes to all stakeholders in liaison with Team Lead, Private Banking.
  • Monitors portfolios and make recommendations for changes as needed to help clients reach their goals.
  • Manages all aspects of the deal process from inception to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Banking, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Sales, Banking or related environment.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Ability to manage and develop staff.
  • Clear verbal and written communication and ability to prepare accurate reports.
  • Ability to plan and organize in line with job requirements.
  • Ability to interact, negotiate (where applicable) and achieve targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and evaluate financial statements.
