Position Title: Marketing Officer

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Officer to join our team and drive our social media and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online traffic.
- Manage and create content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Analyze and report on social media engagement metrics and marketing campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
Diploma in Marketing or a related field. - Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Malawian citizen with a valid National ID card.
