We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Microsoft Technical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft products and a passion for technology sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Microsoft solutions, understanding customer needs, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of Microsoft products and services to effectively promote them to customers.
  • Identify and understand the technical requirements of customers to recommend suitable Microsoft solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological developments and inform customers accordingly.
  • Prepare and present proposals and reports for technical Microsoft products.
  • Ensure regular achievement of sales targets and generate sales reports for management.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and contact details.
  • Analyze client requests and recommend products that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and drive product adoption.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and the tech industry market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies such as Microsoft and ITIL are a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
