Furthermore, a pivotal aspect of the role involves actively contributing to the achievements of sales endeavours by providing indispensable administrative, operational, and communication support to the sales team, thereby synergizing efforts towards successful outcomes.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence: Conduct primary and secondary research related to market trends, consumer behaviour, competitive landscape, and other relevant information that will support business objectives, and decision-making processes, and support business growth
• Operations: Spearhead Market Research operations and best practices in-country about data collection, quality checks and data cleaning
• Sales support: Contributing to the success of our sales initiatives by providing crucial administrative, operational, and communication support to our sales team.

Skills And Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related course
• +5 years’ experience in conducting primary and secondary research, including data collection methods, survey design, and analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills
• Strong Organizational skills and experience in managing multiple tasks, coordinating research activities, and supporting sales initiatives
