Shift Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Planning activities of the day
- Ensuring proper housekeeping of all work areas
- Responsible for supervision of all shift activities
- Ensuring safety of contractors and employees under one’s charge
- Communicating any equipment failures to Maintenance manager
- Carrying out team’s performance reviews
Competencies and Skills
- Ability to make fast decisions
- Initiative and innovative
- Good Leadership capacity
- Good communication skills
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of diploma in Electrical /Mechanical /Industrial Engineering
- Three years’ experience in production as Operator, Fitter or Electrician.
