Credit Data CRB Limited now invites applications from candidates who meet the qualifications and experience stated below to fill the vacant position as follows:

POSITIONFINANCE MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Reporting to Head of Finance and Administration
  2. Establishing and maintain accounting systems accurately and efficiently
  3. Develop and produce, timely and accurately financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  4. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and counsel, Cost accounting, Inventory Accounting and revenue recognition.
  5. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
  6. Establishing operating budgets and exercising budgetary control;
  7. Reviewing accounting and financial management reporting systems that are responsive to the organisation’s needs and meet the requirements and expectations of stakeholders.
  8. Assist with the negotiations and manage the employee insurance and benefits plans.
  9. Process and submit statutory and benefits remittances on time.
  10. Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor.
  11. Working hand in hand with external auditors
  12. Taking charge of the payroll process, analysis of the books.
  13. Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Charitable status, Withholding Payments (CPP, EI), Income Tax, Goods and accounting policies and procedures.
  14. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
  15. Ensuring compliance to operating policies, internal controls and tax regulations;
  16. Taxes return preparation.
  17. Management of issues relating to cash management and the company treasury.
  18. Preparation of cash flow statements, budgets and forecasts.
  19. Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
  20. Process and submit statutory and benefits remittances on time.
  21. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting 22. Contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy
  22. Any other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant qualification.
  • Must be a member of ICAM

 

Candidates should have;

  • Knowledge in QuickBooks
  • Experience in a busy office

  • High level of integrity
  • Self-motivated.
